Fee waivers update

The Board of Regents expanded the Native American fee waiver and introduced a fee waiver for the children of veterans who were awarded the Purple Heart.

COLA Announcement

The NSHE Board of Regents approved a 12 percent increase in the base salaries of all NSHE professional staff as a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), effective July 1 for FY 2024.

A federal appeals court in Louisiana ordered a lower court review of the Biden Administration revisions to the DACA program. Current DACA recipients are protected, but the order has led to uncertainty around the program.

Mandatory COVID-19 vaccine requirement for NSHE employees

State employee COVID-19 testing policy

Per State of 六合宝典 COVID-19 policies, effective Aug. 15, employees who are not fully vaccinated will be required to take weekly COVID-19 tests and provide proof of testing and results.

University mask requirement updates

Effective Friday, July 30, the University will follow the State of 六合宝典's mask mandate, requiring all students, employees and members of the public to wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
