The Public Relations Student Society of America, PRSSA, is a national organization for students studying public relations. The Associated Students of the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä PRSSA chapter, a recognized club in the Donald W. Reynolds School of Journalism, recently sent one member to the PRSSA National Assembly to vote on national bylaws, elect a new national committee and participate in various competitions and workshops.
Twenty Reynolds School of Journalism students traveled to Dallas during the Super Bowl to launch an integrated marketing communications campaign created for the Air National Guard. The students in the Public Relations Problems class also represented the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno, while launching the campaign at a high school in Dallas and working at assigned tasks during Super Bowl Sunday.
