Summary

Charmi Mitchell is an Agriculture Science and Environmental Science Master Teacher for ÁùºÏ±¦µäTeach at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno. In this position, Charmi teaches courses to implement and maintain quality teaching techniques for future teachers, helps supervise field experiences for students. Charmi also works with the College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources. Charmi previously taught several Agriculture Education courses In Smith Valley, ÁùºÏ±¦µä and Battle Mountain, ÁùºÏ±¦µä. Charmi has served on numerous committees for the National Association for Agriculture Educators and ÁùºÏ±¦µä Agriculture Teachers Association. She has received her Teacher Turn the Key award in 2018 from the National Association for Agriculture Educators National Conference.

When Charmi is not in the classroom, you will find her riding horses and raising beef cattle with her family or designing wedding floral arrangements.
