Summary
Victor Garcia is a first-generation, low-income student born and raised in the Reno/Sparks area. His parents are originally from Guatemala. Victor received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno. Victor previously worked in the Admissions & Records Department at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno for two and a half years. He also completed a fellowship through the Network and Systems Professional Association (NASPA) Undergraduate Fellows Program. He uses his personal experiences to assist and empower first-generation, low-income students. Outside of work, Victor can often be found at the gym playing basketball.
