Fall 2024 career fair terms and policies

Refund policy: All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The last day to request a partial refund (initial registration fee, less the $50 cancellation fee) will be Sept. 12, 2024. Registration fees can be credited to the next available College of Engineering Internship and Career Fair for cancellations made after Sept. 12, 2024 with a written request to do so. All requests must be sent by email to jbozsik@unr.edu.

Walk-in registration policy: If a table becomes available, then our office will release that table at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the fair to the company/organization who made the first walk-in request. The fee for walk-in employers is $500 and payment is due upon arrival.

Maximum number of representatives: Each table can have a maximum of 4 representatives per fair. Please remember that the 3rd and 4th representatives are subject to additional charges. Table sharing or splitting is not permitted.

Late arrivals and no-shows: Call Joe Bozsik at (775) 682-7736 if you know you are arriving late. Unless notified, our office will release your reserved table at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the fair to the first walk-in company/organization. Please remember that all cancellations must be arranged in advance.
