  • 24 Mountain Climbers

Day 2

15 minute EMOM

  • Minute 1: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Minute 2: 10 Burpees over Dumbbell (Lateral)
  • Minute 3: 10 Dumbbell Sit ups with Dumbbell
