María Aguilar is an adjunct instructor at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno. Aguilar teaches first-year language courses. She is originally from Mexico but graduated from Pershing County High School in 2008 after which she attended Western ÁùºÏ±¦µä College (WNC). In 2011, she received her associate's degree from WNC and transferred to the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno. In spring 2014, she graduated with two bachelor's degrees, one in criminal justice and one in Spanish. She later completed her M.A. in Spanish at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno. She likes to cook and collect old coins.
