Pack Rides positions
Navigator
- Starting pay of $12 an hour
- Ensure Wolfcards are scanned and rider data is collected properly
- Employ strong customer service skills to make riders feel welcome
- Submit vehicle inspection forms
- Exhibit strong situational awareness
Officer (Driver)
- Starting pay of $13.75 an hour
- Demonstrate defensive driving strategies to ensure safe and timely transportation of students, faculty and staff of the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno
- Employ strong customer service skills to make riders feel welcome
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and fellow staff members
- Comfortable driving for extended periods of time
Shift Lead (Dispatcher)
- Starting pay of $14.25 an hour
- Must be a navigator or officer for at least a semester
- Utilize TapRide to manage ride requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Exhibit strong customer service skills
Student Director
- Starting pay of $15.75 an hour
- Must be a navigator or officer for at least a semester
- Work alongside and share responsibilities with other employees
- Aid in administrative tasks
- Manage directorial assignments

Employment requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in a minimum of 30 credits a year
- Maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass a state and federal criminal background check (requested if position is offered)
- Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must enjoy working with and serving others
