Family to Family Health Information Center

The Family Navigation Network (FNN) is ÁùºÏ±¦µä’s Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F) and the Parent to Parent of ÁùºÏ±¦µä’s peer-to-peer emotional support program. We are a family-led project that supports families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN).

There are F2Fs in every state, the District of Columbia, five US territories, and three F2Fs serving American Indians and Alaska Natives, all funded by a grant from the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB). Additional funding for FNN is provided by ÁùºÏ±¦µä’s Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant.

Our FNN is staffed by highly skilled, knowledgeable families with first-hand experience navigating the complicated health care arena and have a deep, personal understanding of the challenges faced by CYSHCN and their families. These uniquely qualified staff provide critical support to families caring for CYSHCN, particularly families of children with complex needs and those from underserved communities.
