Biology Peer Instruction Program

Established in 2008, the Biology Peer Instruction Program has created a community of learners. Undergraduates gain a deeper understanding of biological concepts and master their communication and leadership skills.

Human Anatomy Dissection Team

Each year, students with a passion to learn more about the human body can join the advanced human anatomy dissection team. Each member is assigned to assist with the teaching of one of the laboratory sections of the course.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistantships

Undergraduate teaching assistants (UTA) help in our laboratory courses, usually working directly with a graduate teaching assistant. Positions are available for BIOL 192, BIOL 251 and BIOL 395.

Biology Help Center

The Biology Help Center is located in the Sarah H. Fleischmann Building, room 204. There are no appointments necessary, just walk in and get help from student assistants who have experience with BIOL courses.
