How to submit your WolfCard photo

Go to the . You should arrive at this page shown.

Once you are signed in, you will need to register your WolfCard. Please put your full legal first and last name in the fields, then in 'customer number', insert your NSHE ID number and take out the second character then add a, “9” to the front. Once you have registered correctly on this page, you will see a message that informs you you're successfully registered.

Add your photo

If you haven't already, login to the . Go to "WolfBucks Online", then select the "Profile" tab at the top.

Once you have clicked "Profile", you should see a page titled, “Personal Information”. To submit a photo click, "submit a new photo" and make sure to click, the "update" button on the bottom of the page.

Your photo needs to have a white background, without a hat, sunglasses, or filters; as if it is a passport photo. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be denied.

Example photos

On your profile, you can fill out these fields detailing your personal information. Changes are not finalized until you hit, "update" so make sure to hit this button whenever you input information on this site.

The WolfBucks profile fields that need to be completed: Email Address, First/Given Name, Middle Name, Last/Family Name, Gender, Address and Phone Number.
