Cocktail hour
Mix and mingle with College of Science faculty, staff, alumni, student groups and museum representatives, as well as community partners, University leadership and supporters of science. Don’t forget to try our signature drink at the bar! Two drink tickets will be provided per guest.
Introduction
Dean Louisa Hope-Weeks will kick off the celebration with a welcome speech.
Dinner
A delicious plated dinner, complete with a starter salad, entrée, side dish and dessert, will be provided to all those who attend. **Please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions upon registration.**

Presentation of awards
The 2023 Mackay School Alumnus of the Year, Tim Crowley ‘92 (geography) will emcee for the evening, presenting awards to longstanding supporters and the 2024 Distinguished Alumni and Young Alumni of the Year awardees.
Discovery magazine unveiling
In honor of the College’s 20-year anniversary and the University’s sesquicentennial celebration, this edition of Discovery magazine is dedicated to reflecting on the past, recognizing present achievements and looking toward a bright future of educating and inspiring the next generation of scientists. There will be a table with copies available, and attendees can check with the College of Science marketing and communications team to see if they will be receiving the magazine in the mail.
