ÁùºÏ±¦µä Center for Surveys, Evaluation and Statistics
The ÁùºÏ±¦µä Center for Surveys, Evaluation and Statistics (CSES) combines three prior individual research service centers: Center for Research Design and Analysis (CRDA), ÁùºÏ±¦µä Center for Health Statistics and Informatics (NCHSI) and the Center for Program Evaluation (CPE), into a stronger, more comprehensive, single center. The center can handle all your data requests including survey data collection, program evaluation and statistical analysis. Three main labs are equipped to assist departments, organizations and individuals in accessing the data resources and evaluation tools they need to produce quantitative and qualitative outcomes. Contact the center today for help on your next data analysis, data collection, or evaluation project.
CSES researchers possess doctoral-level training in research methodology, survey design, program evaluation and statistical analysis. It is difficult to find this same level of expertise and knowledge outside of the university setting. While engaging in interdisciplinary, collaborative research activities, CSES faculty and staff are in the unique position of being at the forefront of research innovation with respect to design and technology.
By combining three existing research service centers: Center for Research Design and Analysis (CRDA), ÁùºÏ±¦µä Center for Health Statistics and Informatics (NCHSI) and the Center for Program Evaluation (CPE), there is no more redundancy or duplication of efforts. Knowledge, resources and expertise are now streamlined into one central unit at the University. A merging of these three units provides a stronger, more comprehensive, single center.
