The Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center has been a staple within the Reno community since its inception in 1963. It fosters interest in atmospheric and space science through various outreach efforts, including the annual Sci-On! Film Festival, the Star Walkers Space Club and beyond. The center also offers facility rentals to community groups and individuals for special events, such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, meetings and more.

Thanks to gracious donors and the support of the local community, the Planetarium continues to keep its doors open and inspire people of all ages.
