These workshops are open to all nutrition scientists, professionals and students, including registered dietitian nutritionists and dietetic technicians, registered.
For registered dietitian nutritionists and dietetic technicians, registered, staying up to date on developments in food and nutrition science is more than a requirement for their credential. It's also an opportunity to build knowledge, enhance skills and advance careers.
To help, our free workshops feature multidisciplinary learning opportunities and continuing professional education (CPE) units.
Meet the workshops' organizer
David St-Jules is a registered dietitian and assistant professor. He investigates the distribution and determinants of dietary intakes of individuals with adiposity-based chronic diseases, and the role of nutrition in the pathogenesis and progression of these conditions. He studies dietary recommendations for managing potassium and phosphorus homeostasis, and preventing protein-energy wasting in patients with chronic kidney disease.
David's also very active in ÁùºÏ±¦µä communities, delivering research-based programs designed to support residents in leading healthier lives.
