Traditionally, management includes the following activities: planning, organizing, leading and controlling. More specifically, management is responsible for the primary activities of the firm, and also responsible for the support activities of infrastructure, human resource management, technology development and procurement. The online, 12-course curriculum is offered as a two-year cohort program beginning each year in the Fall.
