Summary
Kyle Zell serves as an Occupational Safety Specialist for Environmental Health & Safety. In this role, Kyle collaborates with administrators, faculty, staff, and students to mitigate occupational safety risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. He is responsible for developing comprehensive safety programs, conducting workplace safety assessments, investigating accidents and injuries, and planning and executing evacuation drills.
Before joining the University in 2023, Kyle worked as an environmental consultant, where he performed environmental site assessments and managed risks associated with hazardous materials, including asbestos, mold, lead, bacteria, underground storage tanks, and clandestine drug operations.
