Outstanding Master Student
The Outstanding Master Student Award is given annually to graduate students who have distinguished records within their programs, shown leadership qualities on campus and worked for the improvement of our College.
Julie is a talented rangeland botanist and budding soil scientist. She enjoys sharing her love of plants, soils, and ecology with undergraduate students and rangeland management professionals. Julie willingly coached the University's undergraduate plant identification team and was the lead lab instructor for the upper-division, rangeland ecosystems class. Her passion for rangeland management is contagious. Julie will be an outstanding representative of University's Rangeland Ecology & Management graduate program.
