Professor Carolyn White, anthropology professor at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno, celebrates a partnership between the Park Authority and the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno to enhance the architectural and anthropic heritage of the Alta Murgia.
This initiative will be synchronous through an agreement between the Park Authority, the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno and the Esperimenti Architettonici association, to create traveling exhibitions, talks, artistic residencies, and photographic workshops, narrating an anthropic heritage rich in history and stories.
"What better occasion, if not the twentieth birthday of the Park, to enhance a very important element of its architectural heritage," said Saverio Massaro, president of the Esperimenti Architettonici association. "Made up of houses built during the reform process and artifacts that tell of human landscapes. We welcome the collaboration with the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno, certain that it will broaden the knowledge of the riches of the Alta Murgia."
This project in Italy also partners with Steven Seidenberg, artist and author of the new book of photography entitled "The Architecture of Silence."
