Tanaya Winder is an author, singer / songwriter, poet, and motivational speaker who comes from an intertribal lineage of Southern Ute, Pyramid Lake Paiute, and Duckwater Shoshone Nations where she is an enrolled citizen. She received a BA in English from Stanford University and an MFA in creative writing from the University of New Mexico.

Havana-born Daymé Arocena is a vibrant vocalist, composer, and bandleader of contemporary Cuban jazz and jazz fusion (fusión). Described as a pioneer of “a new vanguard of women in Cuban jazz” by The New Yorker, Arocena won the Juno Award (2015) for Best Jazz Album and received a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Latin Jazz Album (Oddara, 2018) for her collaborative work with the Cuban, all-female group Maqueque and Jane Bunnett.

Julio Salgado is the co-founder of DreamersAdrift and the Migrant Storytelling Manager for The Center for Cultural Power. His status as an undocumented, queer artivist has fueled the contents of his visual art, which depict key individuals and moments of the DREAM Act and the migrant rights movement. Undocumented students, organizers and allies across the country have used Salgado’s artwork to call attention to the migrant rights movement.

Gabby Rivera is a Bronx-born, queer Latinx writer. She is the author of Juliet Takes a Breath, which was named one of the top 25 essential books to read for women's history month by Mic. She is also a comic book writer, writing the America Chavez series for Marvel, which is their first queer Latina superhero series. Rivera is a "QTPOC writer, an LGBTQ youth advocate and speaks about the importance of centering joy in our narratives as Latinx people and people of color," according to her website.
