Summary

Jane L. Robinson, J.D., MBA, is emeritus faculty in the Justice Management Program at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno. Her credentials include a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, Santa Clara, California, 1987, an MBA from Morrison University, Reno, ÁùºÏ±¦µä, 2002 and a B.A. in philosophy and psychology, University of Hawaii - Hilo College, 1978. She practiced civil law in the State of Hawaii managing a private law corporation.

In 1997, she relocated to Reno, ÁùºÏ±¦µä, where she has taught law, management, philosophy and other courses in both undergraduate and graduate programs. She developed and taught a special course in critical thinking from a legal perspective for the philosophy department at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä. Reno. She became involved with the development of the Justice Management Program from the outset, first as a member of the advisory committee and then as the coordinator charged with developing the curriculum for the program. Recently, she co-authored "Justice System Degree Programs" at the University of ÁùºÏ±¦µä, Reno, published in The Justice System Journal, Volume 26, Number 2, 2005.
