Research in neuroscience
The Institute of Neuroscience is a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary group of researchers seeking to tackle big questions in neuroscience while preparing students for a career in this exciting field. Your professors have expertise in molecular genetics, behavioral analysis, developmental biology, electrophysiology, optogenetics, human psychophysics, virtual reality, and functional MRI and EEG.
Most of our faculty labs offer research opportunities for undergraduate students, including the opportunity to do research for course credit. You are encouraged to explore faculty research labs and contact your professors to see how you can get involved.
